We don't celebrate Thanksgiving here in Singapore so I had to wait till the Christmas period before making a turkey. Here it is right out of the oven.

There is nothing worth half as much as doing, or indeed quite as satisfying, as having a good meal, with good people. It makes me feel like I do when I pull on a crisply starched shirt - curiously happy and completely unable to think beyond the here and the now.
