Prune, NYC

Had at Prune:
Marinated white anchovies, celery hearts, marcona almonds
Capon in Aspic, chive mayo, red leaf lettuce
Lamb shoulder chop, rice beans with an egg/citrus dressing, green garlic
Vanilla trifle, whipped cream, sour cherries, lady fingers

A very good meal.
